Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your desired size or item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at returns@mail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and respond with instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something faulty or not what you ordered? We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we’ll make it right.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
